With the brief agreed upon, the design research and proposals stage can actually start. This will determine the scheme and lead to material and product development.   A meeting will be arranged to present the proposed scheme, at which you will have the opportunity to make any changes or suggestions, and add any ideas you may have had since the initial meeting.  From there a completed set of drawings, a mood/sample board, electrical/lighting plans and if requested 3D visualisations of the finished scheme will be supplied.

At this point you can choose to implement the designs yourself or retain Niro Design to obtain quotations from builders, suppliers and/or tradesmen.  If there are any requirements for planning/building regulations applications then we can also facilitate this and make sure the correct drawings and specifications are supplied.

At this point again, you can choose to go it alone or retain Niro Design as Project manager.  We can organise deliveries, co-ordinate tradesmen and communicate with contractors on your behalf, as well as checking on things on site on a regular basis.

Finally,  a sourcing and finishing service is also available to help you complete your new look.
